Initial Intake – 120 minutes
The initial consultation takes place in two parts:
1) The first hour is the intake which is all about you – your health history, your family history, your goals and what you want from your individualized health plan.
2) The second time we meet, we will go over the individualized plan designed for you which includes dietary & lifestyle recommendations, 7-day meal plan, supplement recommendations, recipes and other tools necessary for you to achieve your goals.
Follow-up Visits – 30 minutes
Follow-up visits are for providing additional support as you move through achieving your goals. During these visits, we can strategize how to move through any obstacles and also create new health goals.
Weekly Meal Planning
Great for those who are busy and need help planning out their meals for the week. I provide you with a 7-day meal plan, recipes and an ingredient list for nutritious meals.
