90 minutes - ($150)
The initial consultation takes place in two parts:
1) The first hour is the intake which is all about you – your health history, your family history, your goals and what you want from your individualized health plan.
2) The second time we meet, we will go over the individualized plan designed for you which includes dietary & lifestyle recommendations, 7-day meal plan, supplement recommendations, recipes and other tools necessary for you to achieve your goals.
30 minutes ($50)
Follow-up visits are for providing additional support as you move through achieving your goals. During these visits, we can strategize how to move through any obstacles and also create new health goals.
Elimination Diet / Food Sensitivities
($100 or add to any package for $75)
An elimination diet can help anyone that suspects that they have any food sensitivities, intolerances or allergies. The most common symptoms associated with this are bloating, bowel changes, gastrointestinal pain, insomnia, brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, acne, skin rashes, headaches, sinus or other respiratory issues. The elimination diet takes approximately 6 weeks to complete and helps to identify trigger foods in order to modify the diet and prevent these unpleasant symptoms from happening.
Weekly Meal Planning
Great for those who are busy and need help planning out their meals for the week. We provide you with a 7-day meal plan, recipes and an ingredient list for nutritious meals.
