Pelvic Floor Health is becoming more mainstream for patient care. No longer is it 'acceptable' to leak with activity such as jumping, laughing or even sneezing.

Pelvic Floor Health and Therapy is such an important component to our body's function. This is something that all women Pre-natal, pregnant, and post-partum should be considering as normal care throughout the whole process of having a baby. This therapy helps you control complications you may experience through pregnancy by stopping them before they happen, such as Diastasis Recti (abdomen separation), weak pelvic floor muscles, etc. We can teach you how to release your pelvic floor tissue to make it easier for delivery. Post- partum care helps you gain control over the pelvic floor so you don't 'leak' with every day activity.

Of course Pelvic Floor Health is not just for pregnancy. We help patients in our office, both male and female, who are well past having kids, and experiencing complications with urinary continence, pelvis pain, low back pain, Gastro-Intestinal Issues, and so much more.
