Our yoga classes at Quinte Mind & Body are focused on stretching, lengthening, and mobilizing the body. Our hour long classes are a great way to release tension from your day and treat you body well. You will leave feeling longer, mobile, and relaxed.
We keep our class sizes smaller for a more intimate one-on-one feel and to make sure everyone has ample space for their practice.
Our teachers and therapist work closely together, so if there are any physical limitations or concerns during your practice, we can always suggest and help you work through those with ease and confidence.
