Cathy Ireland, has completed 225 Hour of Yoga Instructor Training, and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Program Instructor, She also has 100 hours of advanced Online Gentle and Senior-Chair Yoga Training and 40 hours of Medical Thearpy Training (Focusing specifically on conditions that affect the spine).
Cathy’s yoga instruction helps individuals find proper alignment, strengthen and correct movement patterns. Every class is focused on integrating sequences that support individual personal goals, and/or address the needs of specific health conditions. It's often said in Yoga training that every body tells a story. Cathy’s classes offer a gentle yoga instruction approach, offering varying sequences (with accommodations and utilizing props), and meditation or reflection, to create opportunities for every individual to participate and become more aware of proper poster, engagement in healthy movement patterns towards achieving life long flexibility, strength, inner peace and life balance.
